Many people learn Qigong Exercises. There are a bunch reasons why people practice Qigong. Qigong is a healing art. Some of the many benefits are for self healing, healing others, exercise, meditation, and martial arts. My main purpose for wanting to apply Qigong is, I want to be in the best shape I can possibly be in. I plan on starting with Spring Forest Qigong.
